The President of Mongolian Trade Union S.Ganbaatar told the press after the meeting that they would be backing down from anti government activity due to the negotiations.

The Prime Minister made a decree to form a working group led by the Chief of Cabinet. “We passed a program to stabilize the price of gas, diesel fuel, and food products. We even established a council to monitor the implementation of the program and its potential benefits."
The Prime Minister also said that the solution to issues of rising prices are well within the ability of Mongolia's leadership. The Union added that the “State Great Khural needs to organise the government urgently, and start negotiations as soon as possible.”
The Prime Minister also expressed concern over the health of the protestors and asked that the rallies stop during the winter.
