Khurd is a renowned Mongolian rock band that formed in 1987 and began recording their works officially in 1993.
The most interesting thing is the all members of Khurd are siblings and additionally have brothers in the band Chono.
They sing in a rock-alternative genre and they haven’t created any songs in the last few years.
Khurd has over 300 songs in their repertory and sang their best 30 songs at their concert, which was held December 2 and 3 at the UB Palace.
This is the 18th Best of Khurd that has concert been held.
At the concert, it was clear that their Mongolian viewers admire them and their fans missed them very much.
Their fans were really satisfied to see their long awaited band return.
This concert was special because unlike previous concerts, seats were not specifically designated; the audience members were able to choose any seat they liked.

One of the their fans told me that,  “Khurd will never get old and there will be no band that can match Khurd in the next 100 years.”
He added that Khurd are the best singers and artists in Mongolia and all their songs are imprinted in our hearts.
The hall was full of fans aged 8 to 80.
Some of their fans came from as far away as Bayankhongor, Darkhan – Uul and Shariin gol sum.
The concert stage was divided into three parts, and they sang their hit songs including “Ekh oron,” “Mongoltoigoo adilkhan,: ”Tsergiin bodol,” and  “Neg angiinkhan”.
“Tsergiin bodol” is the band’s most famous song; they even played it 18 times in encore at one of their concerts.
This time fans wanted to hear “Tsergiin bodol” as the encore and three times the preformed the Best of Khurd.
Before their concert, a thief stole their guitars.
During the concert D.Otgonbayar, the front man of Khurd said that they really wanted their guitars back and said that there would be no punishment for the thief is they returned the guitars.
Another their surprise was their brothers from the band Chono came to their concert and congratulated Khurd on a successful concert.
Concert lasted three hours and thirty minutes and ended with their hit song “Ekh oron” (Homeland).
